Morello designs and manufactures heavy-duty electric pallet jacks with an impressive load-bearing capacity of up to 100 tons.

These electric pallet jacks provide exceptional flexibility in material handling, featuring a low loading surface combined with lifting capabilities.

With Morello’s heavy-duty pallet trucks, you can safely handle heavy loads without relying on overhead cranes, which can pose risks to workers due to suspended loads.

The load is placed on specially designed steel pallets (customizable by Morello) so that our electric pallet jack can slide underneath, lift, and transport it to another location within the facility. Alternatively, the load can be placed on supports, such as wooden blocks, allowing our walk-behind pallet jack to lift and relocate it to other supports in a different area.

All of this can be achieved with loads weighing up to 100 tons!

Completely EFFORTLESS OPERATIONS

To enhance performance, Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet trucks are equipped with a motorized steering system that alleviates the workload for operators. While a control drawbar is available as an option, many customers prefer to operate heavy-duty electric pallet jacks using a pendant or radio remote control. This minimizes the steering radius and ensures effortless machine control for workers.

ALWAYS READY TO WORK with last-charging lithium batteries

All of Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet jacks are powered by batteries. While our models can be equipped with either standard lead-acid or lithium batteries, the lithium option is preferred for its exceptional flexibility and long lifespan. Lithium battery-powered electric pallet trucks minimize charging time and can be recharged in just a few minutes during breaks or shift changes, fully restoring consumed energy in approximately 2 hours when the battery is completely depleted.
